摘　　要：碳素结构钢和低合金钢占钢产量的７５％以上，由于新旧标准在牌号表示方法上不一致。不少同志反映新旧牌号的定义及表示上不易理解，为此作如下说明与对比。More than 75 percent of the steel production was carbon structural steels and high strength low alloy structural steels Because of the inconsistency between new and old designation comparision for carbon structural steels and high strength low alloy structural steels,the article will explain the definition and expression of new and old designation that can't be understood easily.
