自然流产患者蜕膜组织中TNF-a的表达

摘　　要：目的通过检测自然流产患者蜕膜组织中TNF-α表达,探讨其与自然流产发生的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法测定30例自然流产与20例同期正常早孕要求行人工流产患者蜕膜组织中TNF-α的表达。结果流产组蜕膜组织中TNF-α阳性表达率为86.7%,高于对照组(13.3%,P=0.006),两组蜕膜组织中二者的表达差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论自然流产患者蜕膜组织中TNF-α的表达增高,提示TNF-α,在自然流产的发生中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between TNF-αin decidua tissue and spontaneous abortion.Methods Immunohisto-chemical method（SABC）was employed to detect the expression of TNF-α in decidua tissue from women with spontaneous abortion（30 cases）and the normal pregnance（20 cases）.Results The positive expression rate of the TNF-a,in decidua tissue from abortion group was 86.7% which was significantly higher than in normal pregnancy group（13.3%,P=0.006）.There was significant difference of expression rate in the two groups.Conclusions The increased expression of TNF-a in the decidua tissue may contribute to the spontaneous abortion.
