摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆面向地方公共服务能力的影响因素,应用层次分析法构建了高校图书馆面向地方公共服务能力指标体系模型,通过问卷数据对各影响因子权重进行测评,分析出高校图书馆面向地方公共服务能力的主要影响因素,为决策层推广高校图书馆面向社会延伸服务提供理论依据。This article analyses the influencing factors of public service ability of college library,in the meaning time,this article has established evaluation indexed system of public service ability of college library by using Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）.Evaluation the index weight by questionnaire and interview,summarizes the main influencing factors of public service ability of college library,in order to provides evidence of college library oriented to social service for decision-making layer.
