摘  要:采用FLUNT耦合显示求解器,对一个采用R417A工质的热泵热水器蓄热水箱内的速度场、温度场及热流密度分布进行了数值模拟,得出水箱内水温随机组运行时间的变化及各阶段水箱内温度场及速度场的整体分布情况,对产生水温明显分层和涡流等现象的原因进行了分析。结果显示,温度场与速度场相互耦合能促进水温分布的均匀性。通过试验验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,并提出蓄热水箱优化设计的建议。The distribution of the velocity pattern,temperature field and heat flow density of a storage water tank of heat pump water heater using R417A were simulated with FLUNT.The temperature changing with the running time and the distribution of velocity pattern,temperature field for each stage were given,while the phenomena of the thermal stratification and vortex were analyzed.It is shown that the coupling of temperature field with velocity field could promote the uniformity of the temperature distribution.The validity of numerical simulation was verified by the experimental study and the suggestion of optimum design was given.
