摘　　要：目的建立金刚藤胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,色谱柱：Kromasil 100-5 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;检测波长：203 nm;流动相：乙腈-水（90：10）;柱温：35℃;流速：1.0 mL.min-1。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0.518~3.108μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率99.88%,RSD=1.59%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便,准确性好,可以作为金刚藤胶囊剂中薯蓣皂苷元含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of diosgenin in jingangteng capsules. Methods The content of diosgenin was detemined by HPLC.Kromasil 100-5 C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（90：10） at flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature 35 ℃. Results The linear range of diosgenin was 0.518-3.108 μg（r = 0.999 9）;the average recovery was 99.86% and RSD=1.59%（n =6）. Conclusion The method was simple and highly accurate,which can be used for determination of diosgenin in jingangteng capsules.
