摘 要:目的建立测定复方水杨酸散中水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(用稀磷酸调节pH 3.0)(45:55)为流动相,检测波长303 nm。结果水杨酸在5.08~50.80μg.mL-1浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,高、中、低3种浓度的回收率分别为99.22%,100.32%,99.99%,RSD分别为0.19%,1.01%,0.68%。结论该方法操作简便,准确度和精密度高,耐用性好,能用于复方水杨酸散中水杨酸含量的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of salicylic acid in compound salicylic acid powder. Methods Hypersil C18 column was used with mobile phase as a mixture of methanol-water(45:55,pH was adjusted to 3.0 with H3PO4),the detection wavelength was 303 nm. Results The linear range of salicylic acid was 5.08-50.80μg· mL-1(r=0.999 5).The average recovery for high,middle,and low concentration were 99.22%,100.32%,and 99.99%;while the RSD were 0.19%,1.01%,and 0.68%,respectively. Conclusion The established method is proven to be convenient,accurate,and reliable with adequate precision and durability,which can be used for determination of salicylic acid in compound salicylic acid powder.
