摘　　要：基于《全国统一建筑工程基础定额》的“量、价”分离的特点，研究并建立多形式的单位估价表及其计算机应用管理系统，推广《基础定额》的应用．National Construction Basic Quota has the characteristic of separation between 'Quantity' & 'Price'. For extending it's application, the paper illustrates how to study and establish series of unit price tables and their computer management system.
