摘　　要：研究影响保险公司经营绩效的关键动因是保险经营者和保险监管机构管理中的基础,本文运用结构方程模型的分析方法定量研究影响保险公司经营绩效的各个变量之间的关系,实证分析取得了较好的结果,为保险公司经营绩效评价研究提供了定量依据和新的视角。A study on the key influence factors for the performance of insurance companies is the management foundation for the insurer and the insurance regulatory authority.The structural equation modeling is used to analyze the relationship between different variables influencing the performance of insurance companies.Desirable results have been produced from an empirical analysis,providing a new perspective and a quantitative basis for evaluating the performance of insurance companies.
