摘　　要：新中国成立五十多年来,中国国防支出在各个时期的增长很不平衡,不是偏高,就是偏低,难有适度发展。从总体上看,中国国防支出波动以1980年为分界线,前后呈现不同的形态特征,其主要影响因素分别为经济波动、制度变迁和价格波动。In more than 50 years since 1949,China's national defense expenditure has experienced an unbalanced increase:sometimes too quick and sometimes too slow.The year of 1980 can be regarded as a demarcation line as it began to witness obvious different patterns and features of China's national defense expenditure.The main factors are economic fluctuation,change of mechanisms and price fluctuation.
