皖国有煤矿职工体育行为现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对安徽省国有煤矿职工体育行为现状进行调查分析,职工参加体育活动的动机相对集中,多元化现象不明显;职工参加体育活动的场所、项目单一;没时间、身心疲劳、不知道如何锻炼和缺乏体育运动健身设施是阻碍煤矿职工体育发展的主要因素;为此提出针对性的建议及措施,以促进职工体育的发展。By using survey interviews,documentary data,questionnaire,mathematics statistics,logical analysis etc,investigation and research on sports behavior of employees are made in large state-owned coal mining enterprises in Anhui province and result is obtained： the motivation that employees participate in sports is relatively concentrated,and diversification is not obvious;The sport project is single and the frequency and intensity are low.The main sports form of employees is personal exercise or exercise with there colleagues or friends.The major factors which interfere the sports development of staff are： have no enough leisure time,fatigue and lack of exercise facilities in the large state-owned coal mining in Anhui province.This paper gives some suggestions,such as,appreciate and strengthen propaganda work,bring up consciousness and interest of staff in sports,transfer fully their initiative to promote sports development of the staff,strengthen the construction of public sports facilities to provide a good sports exercise environment for staffs,and establish a sophisticated system of the sport organization 、train social sports instructor and sports medical supervision system.
