摘  要:针对纺织厂生产信息化和网络化发展缓慢的现状,对信息化建设过程中实际存在的问题进行了研究,分析了开发远程监控系统的可行性。对系统的主要组成部分,即管理系统、监控系统和监测器的工作原理进行了介绍,重点对数据处理过程中使用的软件滤波算法进行了分析和比较,利用牛顿插值法逼近性能好、方法较通用的优点,将其作为拟合函数,实现了模拟信号的非线性变换,并对数据整合策略、多机通信技术进行了详细的阐述,给出了具体的实现方案。应用结果表明,该系统结构简单,运行稳定,数据安全可靠,使用效果良好,易于维护和功能升级。According to the slow development condition of the production informationization and networking in the textile enterprise,the problems in the information construction were studied.The design feasibility of the remote monitoring and control system was analyzed.The main components of the system that include management system,monitoring system and monitor were introduced,and its working principle was described.Meanwhile,some software filtering algorithms were analyzed and compared.The results indicated that Newton interpolation approximation had a good performance and common advantage,and can realize the nonlinear transformation of the analog signal in the maximum extent.And then data integration strategy and multi-machine communication technology were introduced in detail while the concrete realization program was given.Verified by application,the system is simple,stable,secure,reliable,effective and easy to maintain and upgrade.
