摘　　要：论述了产业技术创新服务平台的建设对加快推进产业技术创新工程的实施,推动产业技术创新具有重要的意义。分析了汽车产业链的构成与特征,对基于产业链视角对汽车产业创新服务平台的功能与构架进行了阐述,并分析了汽车产业技术创新服务平台建设的成效与存在的问题,提出了促进我国汽车产业技术创新服务平台发展的建议,旨在为我国汽车产业的创新发展提供一些借鉴。Building a service platform of industrial technology innovation is crucial to accelerate the implementation of the project for national technology innovation.The construction and characteristics of automobile industry chain were analyzed.The functions and framework of the service platform of automobile technology innovation were studied from the view of industrial chain.And then the performance of platform was evaluated and the problems existed in the building process of the service platform of automobile technology innovation were investigated.The suggestions which would speed up the innovational development of the service platform of Chinese automobile technology were proposed as reference for Chinese automobile industry.
