摘 要:以聚乙二醇为相变材料、SiO2为支撑体,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备出有机/无机复合相变蓄热材料。利用多种分析测试手段对复合相变蓄热材料的结构及性能进行了表征,通过储/放热实验研究了复合水泥块的传热性能。结果表明,该复合相变材料具有蓄热能力强、相变温度适宜、性能稳定等优点,能有效地改善建筑构件的热性能,适用于蓄热节能型建筑,尤其适用于地板采暖。A kind of organic/inorganic composite phase change materials (PCM) with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as phase change material and a porous silicon dioxide as skeleton material was prepared in this paper. Several analyzing and testing measures were used to characterize the structure and performance of this material. The heat transfer performance of the composite cement block was then investigated by the heat storage/release experiment. The results show that the composite PCMs have many excellent performances, such as high thermal storage capacity,appropriate phase change temperature, steady structure,and so on. For effectively improving the thermal properties of construction components, it can be designed to store energy in buildings, especially for radiant floor heating system.
