免烧电石渣-粉煤灰砖的制备及性能研究

摘  要:利用自制的无机催化激活剂有效激发电石渣和粉煤灰的活性,研制电石渣掺量高且性能优良的免烧电石渣-粉煤灰砖。对制得的砖块进行了强度、密度、吸水率、抗冻性和泛霜等各项性能测试。试验结果表明,掺入催化活化剂后砖的孔隙率降低,各项性能得到明显改善,当电石渣掺量为40%、激活剂C掺量为10%时,砖块的28 d抗压强度可达23.3 MPa。并通过XRD对砖的水化产物进行了分析。By using self-made inorganic catalytic activator to activate the activity of carbide slag and fly ash effectively, nonsintering carbide slag and fly ash brick with the high volume carbide slag and excellent performance was developed. Various performances such as strength,density,water absorption,frost resistance and efflorescence of the brick were tested,and the results showed that the brick with addition of activator can greatly improve its performances. By adding 40% carbide slag and additional 10%C activator, the 28-day compressive strength of the brick can be 23.3 MPa. Hydration products of the carbide slag brick was analyzed by XRD.
