摘  要:按m(磷石膏:)m(矿渣:)m(细砂):m(水泥熟料:)m(三水铝矿:)m(石灰)=56.1:18.7:9.3:9.3:2.8:3.7制备高磷石膏含量蒸压制品,探索了减水剂、成型压力、蒸压温度、蒸压时间和龄期等因素对高磷石膏含量蒸养制品抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,所采用萘系减水剂的最佳掺量为0.50%,最佳的蒸压温度为120℃,合理的成型压力在25~30 MPa,蒸压时间应不少于8 h。蒸压制品在3~28 d内强度先下降后再增长,样品在后期自然养护过程中不存在一般混凝土的收缩现象,且稍有膨胀。High content phosphogypsum autoclaved product was prepared by the mixing ratio m (phosphogypsum):m (slag): m (find sand) :m (cement clinker) :m (trihydrate bauxite) :m (lime) =56.1:18.7:9.3:9.3:2.8:3.7, and the influence law of ractors factors affecting the compressive strength of the product,such as content of water reducer, molding pressure,autoclaving temperature, autoclaving time and age were studied. The results show that the optimum water reducer content is 0.50%;the optimum autoclaving temperature is 120 ℃:the reasonable molding pressure range is 25-30 MPa; autoclaving time is at least 8 hours. Within the age from 3 to 28 days,the compressive strength of autoclaved product decreased and then increased. And it was different from normal concrete,shrink as we know, long natural cured autoclaving product swelled slightly.
