摘 要:目的探讨颅脑损伤大鼠血清硫化氢的浓度变化及其临床意义。方法用分光光度法测定18只颅脑外伤雄性SD大鼠及6只正常对照和6只手术对照雄性SD大鼠的血清硫化氢浓度,并分析脑外伤不同临床亚组间血清硫化氢含量的差异及血清硫化氢含量与颅脑损伤程度的关系。结果轻度脑外伤大鼠血清中硫化氢浓度[(33±7)μmol/L]明显高于正常对照组[(15±5)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与假手术组[(17±6)μmol/L]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在颅脑外伤大鼠中,重度损伤组[(64±11)μmol/L]与中度损伤组[(48±8)μmol/L]均高于轻度损伤组[(33±7)μmol/L],组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且重度损伤组与中度损伤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性颅脑损伤大鼠血清中硫化氢含量升高,脑实质损伤程度越重,其血清硫化氢含量升高越明显,检测血清中硫化氢含量变化对判断颅脑损伤病情有一定实用价值。Objective To investigate hydrogen sulfide levels in serum of brain injury and its clinical significance.Methods To detect the hydrogen sulfide in serum of male SD rats which 18 with traumatic brain injury and six control and six operated control with spectrophotometry.Results The analysis showed that endogenous hydrogen sulfide of brain mild injury rats[(33±7)μmol/L] was significantly higher than that in the control group[(15±5)μmol/L,P 〈0.01).It was significant in mild injury group compared with the operated control group[(17±6)μmol/L,P〈0.05].Severe traumatic brain injury group [(64±11)μmol/L] and moderate injury group [(48±8)μmol/L ]have great difference to the mild group[(33±7)μmol/L,P〈0.05],and the severe traumatic brain group to the moderate injury group was significantly different(P〈0.05).Conclusion Endogenous hydrogen sulfide increased in the acute brain injury model rats.The levels of endogenous hydrogen sulfide increased as the serious of brain injury.The levels of endogenous hydrogen sulfide in serum played an important role in diagnosis of brain injury and prognosis.
