摘 要:在动态累积间歇精馏塔中,采用双回流动态累积间歇精馏操作对正丙醇-异丙醇混合物的分离进行实验。考察了操作时间对塔顶异丙醇含量和塔顶温度的影响,并与塔顶回流动态累积间歇精馏操作的分离结果进行了比较。实验结果表明,在同样的产品采出要求条件下,采用双回流动态累积间歇精馏操作时,原料中异丙醇含量越高,所需的操作时间越长,异丙醇纯度越高,收率越高;在原料加入量为1000 mL、加热功率为150W、原料中异丁醇质量分数为70%时,两种操作方式均可得到质量分数96.92%的异丙醇产品,采用双回流动态累积间歇精馏操作方式,异丙醇收率比采用塔顶回流动态累积间歇精馏操作方式提高了2.16个百分点,操作时间节省166min。A novel operation with double-refluxes at both top and bottom was applied to dynamic accumulation batch distillation column to separate 1-propanol-2-propanol mixture. Effects of operation time on 2-propanol mass fraction and temperature at the column top were studied and the result was compared with the operation only with reflux at top. It was indicated that the operation time, mass fraction of 2-propanol in the products and its yield all increased with increase of mass fraction of 2- propanol in the feed under the same product quality requirement. Under the conditions of feed amount 1 000 mL, heating power 150 W and mass fraction of 2-propanol in the feed 70%, the same mass fraction of 96.92% in the products could be obtained through using anyone of both the operation modes. Compared with the operation only by reflux at top, yield of 2-propanol increased 2. 16 percentage points and operation time reduced 166 min when the operation was carried through the double-refluxes.
