摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚单体,以聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为分散剂,在硫酸铵溶液中,以偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂合成了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)水包水乳液;研究了分散剂含量、硫酸铵含量、单体总含量及其配比、引发剂含量、反应温度对分散聚合的影响,得到了各影响因素之间的协同规律。实验结果表明,合成CPAM水包水乳液的最佳条件为:单体总质量分数(基于反应体系)13%~17%、分散剂质量分数(綦于反应体系)3.2%~3.5%、硫酸铵质量分数(基于反应体系)25%~27%、引发剂质量分数(基于两种单体)0.015%、n(AM):n(DMC)=85:15、反应温度50℃。在此条件下合成的CPAM水包水乳液的颗粒分散性和流动性较好,稳定性较高,特性黏数和黏均相对分子质量分别达到10.14~11.49dL/g和(5.23~6.32)×10^6g/mol.Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) water-in-water emulsion was prepared from acrylamide (AM) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride (DMC) as comonomers in ammonium sulfate solution with poly( dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride) as dispersing agent and 2,2'- azobis (2-methylpropionamide) dihydrochloride as initiator. Effects of dispersing agent concentration, ammonium sulfate concentration, total monomers concentration, monomer mole ratio, initiator concentration and reaction temperature on the dispersion polymerization were investigated. Experimental results showed that under the optimal conditions: total monomers mass fraction (based on the reaction system) 13% - 17%, dispersing agent mass fraction ( based on the reaction system) 3.2% - 3.5%, ammonium sulfate mass fraction (based on the reaction system) 25% -27%, initiator mass fraction (based on the two comonomers) 0. 015%, n(AM) : n(DMC) 85 : 15 and reaction temperature 50 ~C, particle dispersivity, fluidity and stability of the prepared CPAM water-in-water emulsion were good, and its intrinsic viscosity and viscosity-average relative molecular mass were 10. 14 - 11.49 dL/g and (5.23 - 6.32) × 10^6 g/tool, respectively.
