参芪片水提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:优选参芪片的最佳水提工艺条件。方法:以多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验法对提取工艺条件进行考察。结果:优选的水提工艺为药材加水提取3次,加水量为12倍量,提取时间为3.0h。结论:实验结果表明,参芪片水提工艺的研究结果稳定、可行。Objective：To optimize the conditions of water extracting process of Shenqi tablets.Methods：Using the concentration of polysaccharide as evaluating indicator,the extracting process was studied with the orthogonal test.Results：The optimum conditions of water extracting process was as follow,extracting 3times,12 times of water,extracting 3.0 hours.Conclusion：The experimental result showed that the optimum conditions of water extracting process of Shenqi tablets were stable and feasible.
