摘　　要：目的:探讨IL-1受体家族成员ST2在扩张型心肌病心衰中的临床意义。方法:选择扩张型心肌病心衰患者36例(DCM组),根据纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级标准:Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级11例,Ⅳ级13例;选择36例健康体检者作为对照(对照组)。检测两组患者血清中的ST2浓度,分析其与B-型尿钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、年龄及心衰病史之间的相关性,并比较不同心功能分级患者之间ST2浓度的差异。结果:DCM心衰患者血清中ST2浓度比正常组明显升高(P<0.05),与BNP(r=0.356,P<0.05)和血尿素氮溶度(r=0.312,P<0.05)正相关,与LVEF值负相关(r=-0.249,P<0.05),与年龄(r=-0.037,P=0.613)和心衰病史(r=-0.116,P=0.381)无关,随着NYHA心功能分级增高,血清ST2浓度也明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:血清ST2是DCM心衰新的生化标志物,并且与心衰的严重程度密切相关。Objective： To explore the clinic significance of homolog of sulfotransferase（ST2） in patients with DCM,which is a member of IL-1R family.Methods： In all,36 patients with DCM had ST2 measured and grouped into three groups according to NYHA cardiac class.There were 12 patients in class Ⅱ while there were 11 and 13 in class Ⅲ and Ⅳ,respectively;36 healthy volunteers were chosen as controls.The serum concentrations of ST2 of two groups had been measured.Associations between ST2 and B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） had been analyzed;additionally,the relationship between ST2 and age and prior HF had been also analyzed.The serum concentration changes of ST2 according to NYHA cardiac class had also been viewed.Results： The ST2 values in patients with DCM markedly increased and it positively correlated with BNP（r=0.356,P0.05） and negatively correlated with LVEF（r=-0.249,P0.05）;ST2 was not associated with age（r=-0.037,P=0.613） and prior HF（r=-0.116,P=0.381）,we also found that the serum concentration of ST2 increased accompany with NYHA classification of cardiac function（P0.05）.Conclusion： ST2 is a novol biochemical marker of heart failure and closely related with the severity of heart failure.
