广州市某转型社区成人高血压影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市萝岗区九龙镇九佛片区在社区转型过程中高血压流行的相关影响因素,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法确定调查样本,通过问卷调查深入了解15岁及以上调查对象的一般状况、吸烟、饮酒和高血压家族史等情况,体检获得血压值。采用Logistic回归方法分析高血压相关影响因素。结果共调查2980人,其中高血压患病者为610人,高血压粗患病率为20.5%,标化患病率为17.6%。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄大、职业、丧偶、戒酒、向心性肥胖和家族史是高血压的独立危险因素;女性、文化程度高、禽类及制品摄入少和中等工作强度为保护因素。结论该地区应以年龄大、男性和离退休人员或公务事业人员为高血压重点防治对象,针对吸烟、饮酒和肥胖等危险因素开展各种健康干预,提高居民健康意识,减少高血压的发生。OBJECTIVES To identify related risk factors of hypertension in the region of Jiufo,Jiulong County,Luogang District,Guangzhou. METHODS Subjects aged over 15 years old were sampled through multi-stage randomized sampling. Background information were collected by face-to-face interview,and blood pressure （BP）,body mass index （BMI）and waist circumference（WC） measured by physical examination. The related risk factors were analyzed through logistic regression analysis. RESULTS Among 2 980 subjects,610 were found hypertension with crude hypertension prevalence rate 20.5%,and the age-adjusted prevalence 17.6%. The independent risk factors of hypertension were eld,occupation,loss of spouse,alcohol withdrawal,central obesity and family hypertension history; Female,high level of education,low level of birds products intake and modest physical labour were the protective factors. CONCLUSIONS Prevention and control measures of hypertension taken should pay more attention to the people who is eldly,male,retiree or government or enterprise workers. Health education focusing on risk factors such as smoking,drinking and obesity should be reinforced to improve residents＇ health.
