流动人口妇幼保健居住地管理模式探讨

摘　　要：嘉兴市秀洲区位于长三角核心,大量的流动人口涌入我区,随着流动孕产妇、儿童的进入,给我们原有的妇幼保健工作带来了冲击。流动人口孕产妇死亡率和5岁以下儿童死亡率远远高于本地人群。我区通过加强宣传、实施流动人口居住地管理模式、确立定点分娩医院和强化质量,为提高妇幼保健水平,降低流动孕产妇、儿童死亡率,力创妇幼保健管理新路子。The Xiuzhou Area of Jiaxing is located on the core of Changjiang delta,a lot of floating population swarm into our area,it impacts our quondam health protection level of woman and child. The death rate of floating pregnant and lying-in woman is more heighten than native people,and as same as the floating child less than 5 years old. We decide to strengthen the drumbeating actualize residence management mode of floating population,establish the pointing -labor hospital,strengthen quality,to advance the level of health protection of woman and child,depress the death rate of floating pregnant and lying-in woman/child,try to create a new way for health protection management of woman and child.
