摘　　要：工作规范是连接工作项目和绩效考核的重要桥梁。运用文献归纳、焦点小组讨论和机构调查等方法,确定了工作规范的编制体例和流程图表达方式,确定了125个基层基本疾病预防控制项目与20个条线工作之间的关系,编制了20个条线工作规范及其流程图。Job specification is an important bridge to connect essential services of disease prevention and control and performance evaluation. The methods of literatures review, focus group discussions and institutional surveys have been employed to develop the job specification. We defined the style of the job specification and its flowchart expression, described the relationship between 125 essential services and 20 jobs, and develop job specifications and work flowcharts for 20 disease prevention and control jobs in community health center
