潍坊市中心城区居民对社区卫生服务现状的评价调查报告

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市中心城区居民对社区卫生服务机构现状及服务的评价,找出影响社区卫生服务发展的因素,为城市社区卫生服务工作的可持续发展提出对策建议。方法分层随机抽取社区卫生服务机构,并从其管辖的居民中单纯随机抽取居民进行问卷调查。结果居民对基本医疗服务项目知晓率高于公共卫生服务项目知晓率(χ2=271.5,P<0.01);对社区卫生服务机构的设备、科室设置、药品是否齐全和价格等满意率较低;两周因病就诊首选社区卫生服务机构的仅占48.1%,慢性病的检出机构为社区卫生服务站或中心的占24.1%,在居民对社区卫生服务机构诊断治疗效果的评价中,认为较好的是63.2%,好的为25.7%;对社区卫生服务的总体满意率为42.4%;健康档案建档率为63.7%,社区健康教育覆盖率为46.9%,妇女健康指导率为28.9%,儿童保健健康指导率为22.2%,健康知识知晓率为66.7%。结论社区卫生服务在设备,药品种类、价格和诊断治疗水平以及宣传教育等方面都还有很大的改进空间。OBJECTIVE Studying the evaluation of the status of community health service institution and service among the downtown residents in weifang, finding out factors that influence the development of community health services, in order to put forward related countermeasures and suggestions for a sustainable development. METHODS Stratified sampling method was used to choose the community health services institution, and simply random method was used to choose residents from their precincts to survey. RESULTS The knowing rate of basic medical services is obviously higher than the rate of public health service （χ2=271.5, P0.01）, the inhabitants’ satisfaction rate were low on the department＇s equipment, setting of section office, category of medicines and price. The percentage that preferred the community health services institution for disease was 48.1. Chronic diseases that detected in community health services was 24.1%. The evaluation of diagnosis and treatment effect for ＂ middle, well＂ were respectively 63.2% and 25.7%. The general satisfaction rate with the community health service was 42.4% , health document established rate was 63.7% , health education covered rate was 46.9%, the women＇s health guidance rate was 28.9%, the child health guidance rate was 22.2%, and the knowing rate of health knowledge was 66.7%. CONCLUSION There were great improvements in the equipment, category of medicines, medicine price, the level of diagnosis and treatment, propaganda, education.
