摘　　要：针对上海家化产品包装部在应用ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ过程中出现的问题，分析了包装部的人员模型、工作流程模型和产品模型三个方面，提出了一个系统的解决方案。该系统解决了产品技术文档查询、审批流程、配置管理等“瓶颈”问题，并能最终实现和公司生产部门的ＭＲＰⅡ以及其他相关部门进行信息沟通，使企业走向计算机集成信息管理。In this paper, in view of existing problems when carrying out CAD/CAM in Packing Department of Shanghai Jiahua Corp. we analyse the patterns of the personnel、work process and products, and present a sysyematical solution. It can solve the bottle neck problems of inquiring about technical documents of the products、 the process of examing and approving、 configuration management, and so on. It can also make this department possible to link up with the MRPⅡ system of the production department and other related departments via information; and it will help the enterprise realise computer integrated data management finally.
