摘 要:中国航海博物馆中央帆体结构为新型杂交结构,其最大亮点是位于东西帆体之间的双曲面单层索网幕墙.这是世界上首例支承在弹性边界上的双曲面单层索网玻璃幕墙,其设计与施工存在较大的技术难度.为验证索网成形和张拉施工过程可行性,进行了双曲索网结构的缩尺模型试验.本文系统比较不同张拉方案的优劣性,分析试验结果,发现施工张拉中可能出现的问题并提出解决方案.The central sail body structure of China Maritime Museum is a new hybrid structure.The biggest highlight is the hyperbolic single layer cable-net curtain wall between the East and West sail body.It is the first single layer hyperbolic cable-net glass curtain wall supported on the elastic boundary in the world.This specific design and construction strategy has a tremendous technical difficult.In order to prove the reliability of shaping and tension of cable-net,reduced scale model test on hyperbolic cable-net structure was conducted.The advantages and disadvantages of different strategies of tension were comprehensively compared.After analyzing the test results,all possible issues which maybe occurred during the construction of tension were discussed and the solutions of these issues provided.
