摘　　要：目的建立测定黄豆苷元片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长248 nm。结果黄豆苷元质量浓度的线性范围为5.15～15.45μg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.23%,RSD=0.67%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可作为黄豆苷元片的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of daidzein in Daidzein Tablets.Methods The analytical columnwas Inertsil ODS-SP（150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（55∶45） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 248 nm.Results The linear ranges of daidzein was 5.15-15.45 μg/mL（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 100.23%,RSD = 0.67%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Daidzein Tablets
