摘　　要：目的建立复方丹参片中冰片的含量测定方法,并对不同厂家的样品进行比较。方法采用DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1μm),FID检测器,乙酸乙酯为溶剂。结果平均加样回收率为99.31%,RSD为1.12%(n=9)。结论所用方法操作简便、重现性好、适用范围广,可作为复方丹参片中冰片的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of borneol in Compound Danshen Tablets and to compare the products made by different factories.Methods The DB-WAX capillary column（30 m × 0.53 mm,1 μm） was used with FID as detector and acetoacetate as solvent.Results The average recovery rate was 99.31%,RSD was 1.12%.Conclusion The method is simple,repro-ducible and applicable to a wide range,which can be used for the determination of borneol in Compound Danshen Tablets.
