摘 要:柱在轴向压应力的作用下,会产生相应的压缩变形,带动与之刚接的梁端焊缝产生相应的变形和内力,此内力与梁端内力叠加,会导致梁柱连接处焊缝内力过大。现有设计中,全焊梁柱连接处焊缝内力的计算,采用的是由梁施加的弯矩、剪力和可能存在的轴力,未计入柱端轴向力的影响。文章采用有限元方法,通过三类工况下的对比分析,说明柱轴力对焊缝内力的影响,建议设计时考虑这种因素。The corresponding compressive deformation of columns will be produced under the influence of the axial stress,which will drive the corresponding directional deformation and the internal force on the rigid end-beam welds.When the force adds to the beam-to-column joints,there will be too strong internal force of welds in the beam-to-column.In the present design,the bending moment from the beam,the shear,and the possible axial force are used to calculate the internal force of welds in the all-welded beam-to-column joints,without considering the effects of the axial force of columns.In this paper,the effects of the axial force of columns on the internal force of welds are described by the finite element method,and the comparison and analysis of three types of force.The factor is proposed to take into account in the design.
