摘  要:目的:研究环境因素对痹证大鼠类风湿关节炎(RA)相关自身抗体表达及关节破坏程度的影响。方法:32只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、寒湿组和湿热组,除对照组外其余3组造模后给予相应环境刺激。结果:第2、4周时,模型组、寒湿组和湿热组大鼠血清RF、anti-CCP滴度及AKA、APF阳性率均明显高于对照组,4周时AKA、APF阳性率明显高于模型组和寒湿组(P均<0.05);湿热组、寒湿组大鼠骨破坏严重。结论:环境因素影响了大鼠RA相关自身抗体表达和关节破坏程度。Objective:To study the impact of environmental factors on expression of autoantibodies in arthragia syndrome rats.Methods:32 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,damp-cold group or damp-heat group.In addition to the control group,the other 3 groups after modeling were put into different environmental for stimuli.Results: Compared with model group,the RF,APF and anti-CCP levels of both damp-heat group and damp-cold group showed statistically significant increase(P 0.05),after both two and four weeks.Two weeks later,compared with model group,the AKA level of both damp-cold and damp-heat group showed statistically significant increases(P 0.05).4 weeks later,the AKA level had statistically significant increase compared with not only model group but also damp-cold group(P 0.05).The pathological results(4 weeks later) illustrated that the joint damage of rats from both damp-heat and damp-cold group were severer than that from model group and the joint damage of rats from damp-heat group were obviously the most serious.
