茯苓皮的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究茯苓(Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf.)皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法进行成分分离,用NMR、质谱等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物的结构,分别鉴定为biemnasterol(1),octadecanoicacid(2),triacontanol(3),octacosyl acid(4),pentacosanoic acid(5),β-sitosterol(6),daucosterol(7)。结论:为茯苓皮的再利用提供了理论依据。Objective：Chemical research on constituents of Poria cocos（Schw.） Wolf.Methods：seven compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses.Results：Their structures were identified as biemnasterol（1）,octadecanoic acid（2）,triacontanol（3）,octacosyl acid（4）,pentacosanoic acid（5）,β-sitosterol（6）,daucosterol（7）.Conclusion：This research provided valuable basis of the theory for recovering and using on peel of Poria cocos.
