复合免疫调节剂改善低产肉种鸭生产性能中试效果研究

摘  要:将樱桃谷父母代鸭随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组日粮中添加1%复合免疫调节剂,饲喂45d,统计2组肉种鸭生产性能和蛋品质的差异。结果表明:试验组产蛋率显著高于不添加复合免疫调节剂的对照组(P<0.05),平均蛋重差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋品质测定各指标中试验组蛋黄颜色极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其余各指标2组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组鸭群死淘率低于对照组鸭群死淘率,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究证实,本课题筛选出的复合免疫调节剂能有效改善低温、潮湿环境因素所致低产樱桃谷父母代肉种鸭的生产性能,适合在冬季寒冷季节肉种鸭日粮中推广应用。Cherry Valley meat breeding ducks were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the diets supplemented with 1% of the composite immune modulator,fed 45 days,and compared the 2 groups'differences of production performance and egg quality.The results show that the experimental group laying rate was significantly higher than control group(P0.05),average egg weight was not significant(P0.05) ;egg quality indicators were measured,the test group's yolk color was significantly higher than control group(P0.01),other parameters between the two groups was not significant(P0.05) ;the test group's death and eliminate rate was lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P0.05).This study confirmed that the composite immune modulator can effectively improve the lowyield Cherry Valley duck meat production performance,caused by the low temperature,moisture environmental factors.this composite immune modulator was fit for supplemented to The diets of meat breeding duck in the winter season.
