关于网络时代大学生公寓和谐文化建设的思考

摘　　要：大学生公寓是大学生学会做人、学会做事、学会生存的重要场所,大学生公寓和谐文化建设是新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的需要。网络时代,大学生公寓和谐文化建设在物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四个层面面临着新的机遇和挑战,为此,高校必须建立一套行之有效的大学生公寓管理体系和思想政治教育工作网络,充分发挥大学生公寓和谐文化促进大学生健康成长、成人、成才的作用。Dormitories of university students are an important place where university students learn to behave,to do and how to survive,and the construction of dormitory harmony culture of university students is a need for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of university students at the new period. In the Internet Age,the construction of dormitory harmony culture of university students is facing new opportunities and challenges in four dimensions of material culture,system culture,behavior culture and mental culture,therefore,universities must establish an effective management system and ideology education network at dormitory of university students,giving full play to the dormitory culture of university students contributing to students＇healthy growth,perfection and development.
