摘　　要：研制一种基于3G移动通信技术的便携式远程心电监护系统,以高性能TMS302VC5402芯片为核心,包含心电采集放大、AD转换、液晶显示、3G无线通信、数据存储等多个组成部分,具有实时ECG波形显示和ECG自动分析处理,可以通过3G技术将ECG传输给远程的监护中心,在出现紧急情况时发出短信息报警,监护中心的医生将为患者提供及时的救助。传输速率高、容量大,移动性好,提高了心电监护仪在家庭监护中的使用率。This paper proposes a design of portable ECG monitor based on 3G.. The monitor equips an TMS302VC5402 microproces-sor as it＇s main controller ,and contains many other components such as ECG amplifiers ,AD convertors ,LCD display ,3G module,and data storage device. The system has the functions of ECG display and automated analysis and diagnosis ,which can detect andsend the data to monitoring center of hospital within the coverage of 3G network.This system has follows of advantages：big memory,low noise,high common mode rejection ratio,the power consume low,the record time long etc.The design will be beneficial to increas-ing the utilization rate of ECG monitors in the family.
