摘　　要：目的探讨多排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CCTA)心率控制的改进对其成功率以及图像质量的影响价值。方法使用西门子SOMATOM sensation64排螺旋CT机,对385例运用传统方法与406例采用改进后的方法所做冠脉CTA的成功率以及图像质量进行对比研究和统计学处理。结果 (1)成功率:传统方法为81.3%(313/385);改进后方法达92.4%(375/406)。(2)图像质量:传统方法图像质量Ⅰ级占28.5%,Ⅱ级占43.3%,Ⅲ级占9.4%;改进后方法图像质量Ⅰ级占75.3%,Ⅱ级占10.1%,Ⅲ级占6.9%;两者比较改进后方法图像质量明显提升,P<0.05。结论研究表明,通过改进控制心率的方法,冠状动脉CTA的成功率以及图像质量均有明显的提高,方法简单、易行,应予肯定和推广。Objective To investigate the impact of controlling heart rate on the success rate and image quality of coronary CTA.Methods The Siemens SOMATOM Sensation 64-slice CT machines are used;comparative studies and statistical analysis of the success rates and image quality of hundreds of coronary CTA cases were performed,in which 385 cases using the traditional method and 406 cases using the improved method-controlling heart rate.Results Success rate of the traditional method was 81.2%（313/385）,while the improved method was 92.3%（375/406）.Image quality of the gradeⅠaccounted for 28.5%,grade Ⅱ accounted for 43.3%,grade Ⅲ accounted for 9.4% in traditional method,while the gradeⅠaccounted for 75.3%,grade Ⅱ accounted for 10.1%,grade Ⅲ accounted for 6.9%.Comparison between the two sets of data showed that the image quality is significantly increased （P0.05）.Conclusion Controlling heart rate can increase both the success rates and the image quality of Coronary CTA significantly,and hence should be promoted.
