血清信息在血清外观检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的测定标本的血清信息,客观反映血清标本的混浊、溶血和黄疸程度,以混浊指数(Lipemic,L)、溶血指数(Hemolytic,H)和黄疸指数(Icteric,I)三个指数来表示,并求出实验室L、H、I的正常参考范围,应用在质量控制中。方法利用Hitachi7600-020型全自动生化分析仪提供的血清信息测定功能,根据该实验室条件设定参数,测定出L、H、I三个指数。结果用60份健康体检者血清外观正常标本的测定,求出正常参考范围为:L<19,H<6,9<I<48。结论血清信息的三个指数应用于血清标本外观的监测可减轻劳动强度,使血清外观描述更为客观、精确,减少人为主观性造成的偏差;同时在审核检验结果分析及向临床医生解释结果时起到重要作用,值得应用推广。Objective To determinate the extent of lipemic,hemolytic and icteric of serum sample more precisely using its serum index,which expressed as the three indices L,H and I.Methods Using the serum index determination function provided by Hitachi7600-020 automatic chemistry analyzer and setting parameters according to our experimental condition,three indices of L,H and I were measured.Results The determination of 60 sixty normal serum samples of healthy persons,the normal reference range of the three indices was established：L19,H6,9I48.Conclusion Serum index could be used in monitoring serum sample’s appearance,which can facilitate the medical laboratory staff greatly,plays an important role in checking the experimental results and explaining the results to the clinical doctor.
