摘　　要：目的观察小针刀治疗及护理对膝关节骨关节炎的效果。方法我院对62例膝关节骨关节炎患者共74个膝关节实施针刀治疗,每周一次,4次为一个疗程,并实施相应的系统护理措施。采用日本整形外科学会《膝关节功能评定表》对患者治疗前后进行测评。结果所有患者针刀治疗28-52d,平均38d,疗效优48例,良10例,差4例,总有效率为93.5%。治疗前后综合测评差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨关节炎患者行针刀治疗及实施系统的护理,康复效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of the scalpel needle-knife and a corresponding system of nursing on treatment of the knee osteoarthritis （KOA）.Methods 74 knees from 62 patients with KOA were enrolled to use the scalpel needle-knife and a system of nursing.The treatment was given once weekly,and 4 sessions constituted one course.The commentary of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association was used to evaluate the differences between the before and after of the treatment.Results After 28-52d,an average of 38d,it can be seen the total effective rate is 93.5%,including 48 patients were markedly effective,10 were effective and 4 were invalid according to the commentary.There was a significant difference between pre and post treatment （P0.05）.Conclusion The scalpel needle-knife and system of nursing had a good therapeutic effect on KOA.
