护理干预模式在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者结肠镜检查前后实施全面护理干预的临床效果,寻求合理的人性化护理模式。方法将120例行结肠镜检查老年患者随机分成干预组和对照组,对照组按常规进行检查,进行随机性指导。干预组在此基础上采用全面的、细心的护理程序。观察两组患者预约前检查前的心率、收缩压等生理指标变化,并比较患者在检查过程中的紧张度的差别。结果实施护理干预后干预组患者出现心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)等心血管反应的症状显著低于对照组(P<0.01);护理干预组患者的紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理较对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论在结肠镜检查中实施护理程序符合现代医学新模式,有效减轻其焦虑程度,缓解身心的应激反应,保证肠镜顺利进行,提高检查成功率。Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care practicing before and after electronic colonoscopy procedure for aged patients,and explore a reasonable and humanistic nursing mode.Methods 120 aged patients who were going under colonoscopy were divided randomly into trial group and control group.Patients in control group were nursed routinely and given random advice.Patients in trial group received comprehensive and careful nursing procedure before and during the operation.The changes of physiological indicators such as heart rate,SBP of the two groups were observed,and extent of nervous and scare was compared.Results Physiological indicators such as HR and SBP of patients for the procedure were significantly lower in the trail groups（P0.01）.And the extend of nervous,anxiety and scare were obviously lower in the trail groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Interventional nursing in electronic colonoscopy suits the modern medical mode,and ensures the success of electronic colonoscopy procedure by releasing the patients’ extend of anxiety and stress reaction.
