三国孙吴张温案考论

摘　　要：孙吴时期的张温因为结党而遭到孙权禁锢,废黜终身。骆统为张温所作的申理,并没有能够否定孙权所定的结党之罪。选曹尚书暨艳自杀,是因为酷烈而遭到严惩。暨艳与张温所犯不同,本不应合案。张温的浮华乃是结党的同义词,孙权废黜他乃是东汉党锢的延续。孙权对结党问题始终清醒明察,这是张温禁锢终身的根本原因。Zhang Wen was dethroned because of his clique-forming.Luo Tong's Petition was unable to wipe out the accusation for Zhang Wen.Considering the fact that Ji Yan and Xu Biao's death was caused by their ruthless and cruel,it could not be taken in a same case.Sun Quan kept level-headed on the problem of clique-forming and that was why Zhang Wen was dethroned forever.
