云广±800kV直流工程换流变压器阀侧套管出线装置的安装经验

摘　　要：云广±800kV直流工程穗东换流站的Y形高端换流变压器采用独特的阀侧线圈间接出线技术,阀侧套管出线装置的安装是该换流变压器安装难点。介绍了实际安装的关键工艺,包括对安装环境的要求,水平托架的使用,以及出线装置与本体油箱间对接的方法。该安装工艺基于厂家的安装方案并依实际情况有所创新,可供借鉴。The technique of winding connection valve side is adopted by Y-shaped high-end transformer in Suidong Converter Station of Yunnan - Guangdong ±800 kV DC project, which brings mounting difficulty. This paper introduces the key issues of the practical mounting, including the environment requirement, use of relocationg feature, and conjunction method for the winding connection valve side and the transformer＇s tank. This mounting technics could be in reference as it is based on the mounting method provided by manufacturer, but with certain innovation of us.
