摘　　要：介绍了一种用于烟气脱硫工程石灰浆液制备的控制逻辑,即石灰浆液制备控制系统。基于制备过程中工艺水的添加流量或制备罐底部石灰浆液的压力和石灰浆液的真实液位所计算的液位差,自动调节生石灰粉给料螺旋的给料转速,从而获得一种石灰浆液制备过程中低成本且易于实现的石灰浆液制备控制逻辑。From the view of automatic control, this paper recommends a simple and easy control logic for the lime milk preparation of De.SOx project, that is, depending on the process water flux of lime milk preparation or the level difference of lime milk, the control system will automaritally regulate the screw rotating speed of lime transport to control the lime powder feeding quantity with less engineering cost.
