摘  要:目的:探讨人工流产后再次妊娠时间对胎盘粘连及产后出血的影响。方法:对1520例(初产妇556例,有人工流产史产妇964例)产妇胎盘粘连发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果:人工流产后0~3个月内再次妊娠与无人工流产史或人流后3~6个月内再次妊娠者,胎盘粘连和产后出血发生率差异有极显著性(P<0.01);人流后3~6个月内再次妊娠者与无人工流产史者,胎盘粘连和产后出血发生率差异有较显著性(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产后再次妊娠时间越短,胎盘粘连和产后出血发生率越高,因此,为减少胎盘粘连和产后出血的发生率,提高产科分娩质量,人工流产后应避免短期内再次妊娠。Objective:To study the influence of repregnancy time after artificial abortion on placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:To analyze 152 0 pregnant women(556 primiparas,964 pregnant women with artificial abortion)laboured in our hospital during 2007 and 2009,the incidence rates of placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage were 1.80%and 1.08%respectively in the primiparas,those in the pregnant women with artificial abortion were 8.82%and 4.77%respectively.Results:The incidence rates of placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage had significant difference between repregnancy within 0~3 months after artificial abortion and no artificial abortion or repregnancy during 3~6 months after artificial abortion(P〈0.01),also there were significant differences in the incidence rates of placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage between no artificial abortion and repregnancy during 3~6 months after artificial abortion(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The shorter the repregnancy time after artificial abortion,the higher the incidence rates of placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage.Therefore,increasing the quality of labour in obstetrics and avoiding repregnancy in short term after artificial abortion are necessary for reducing the incidence rates of placental adherence and postpartum hemorrhage.
