摘　　要：目的:探讨浅静脉留置针留置引起接触性皮炎的有关因素。方法:对在儿科住院使用留置针留置输液的426例患儿中发生接触性皮炎37例的有关因素进行回顾性分析。结果:接触性皮炎的发生以留置头皮静脉高于下肢大隐静脉;留置针留置4～5天者比3天以内者高;使用3M透明通气型(低过敏)比医用3M高强度外科胶带高(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:留置时间3天以内,使用3M高强度外科胶带,可降低周围接触性皮炎的发生。Objective：To explore the relevant factors of the superficial venous indwelling needle causing contact dermatitis.Methods：37 cases of contact dermatitis occurred in 426 pediatric inpatients using indwelling needle for infusion were analyzed retrospectively for the related factors.Results：The incidence of contact dermatitis in indwelling needle of scalp vein was higher than that of great saphenous vein of the lower extremity;which in indwelling needle maintaining for 4～5 d was higher than that for 3d;which of using 3M transparent ventilation tape（low allergy）was higher than that of using 3M high-intensity medical surgical tape（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Within the indwelling time of 3d,using 3M high-intensity surgical tape can reduce the incidence of peripheral contact dermatitis.
