摘 要:采用乌洛托品、硫脲、乌洛托品-碘化钾、硫脲-硫酸铝4种酸洗缓蚀剂,在不同浓度的条件下对冷轧钢板进行酸洗,再对酸洗的钢板进行磷化处理,研究了酸洗缓蚀剂对磷化膜外观形貌、厚度、耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:酸洗液中使用不同的缓蚀剂对磷化膜外观、膜重与耐蚀性有明显的影响,乌洛托品和硫脲-硫酸铝的影响低于硫脲和乌洛托品-碘化钾;乌洛托品、硫脲、硫脲-硫酸铝在酸洗液中的质量分数分别不高于0.3%,1.0%,1.5%时,满足使用要求。Using different concentrations of four pickling corrosion inhibitor,that included the methenamine,thiourea,methenamine-potassium iodide and thiourea-aluminum sulfate,first cold-rolled steel sheets were cleaned by pickling,then they were phophated by acid.In this time,the influence of different pickling corrosion inhibitor on the appearance,the coating hardness and the corrosion resistance of phosphating films were researched.The result shows that the influence of different corrosion inhibitor is obvious for the appearance,the coating hardness and the corrosion resistance of phosphating films in pickling solutions.The influence of methenamine and thiourea-aluminum sulfate for phosphating films is lower than the influence of thiourea and methenamine-potassium iodide.The phosphating is suitable when corrosion inhibitor's using concentration is no more than 0.3%,1.0%,1.5% for methenamine,thiourea,and thiourea-aluminum sulfate.
