摘 要:在自行研制的选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝实验台上进行了乙酸钠作添加剂对NOxOUT工艺影响的实验研究.无添加剂时,尿素对NO的去除效果良好,在最优温度(900℃)条件下氨氮比(摩尔比)为1.5时NO的去除率可达76.56%,但会生成大量的N2O,极大地降低了NOx的总去除率.加入乙酸钠,在较低温度条件下,NO含量随着其添加量的增大呈先降低后升高的趋势,在较高温度条件下,呈现升高后降低的趋势;而N2O含量在各温度条件下随着乙酸钠添加量的增大一直呈降低趋势直至为零.随着乙酸钠添加量的增大,N2O对NOx总去除率的不利影响逐渐降低,当摩尔比n(CH3COONa)/n(NOx)=0.44时,825-925℃区间内总NOx去除率在65%以上.乙酸钠作添加剂拓宽了工艺的温度窗口,去除了尿素还原NOx时所生成的N2O,极大地提高了总的NOx去除率.由于钠盐主要是以NaNCO形式存在,所以添加乙酸钠所引起的烟气碱性增大的程度并不严重.Experimental study of the influence of sodium acetate on NOxOUT process was carried out on self-made SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction) reactor.The experimental results show that NO removal efficiency at optimum temperature(900℃)achieves 76.56% with a molar ratio of n(0.5CO(NH2)2)/n(NOx)=1.5 without additives, but the production of a large amount of N2O decreases NOx removal efficiency seriously.With the increase of sodium acetate,the content of NO decreases first and then increases at lower temperatures and increases first and then decreases at higher temperatures;while the content of N2O decreases at all temperatures in the temperature window. With the increase of sodium acetate,the adverse effect of N2O on total NOx removal efficiency decreases and total NOx removal efficiency at temperature 825 to 925℃ achieves above 65% with n(CH3COONa)/n(NOx)=0.44.The addition of sodium acetate widens the temperature window of the process and improves NOx removal efficiency significantly through the removal of N2O. The addition of sodium acetate causes the flue gas to be alkaline,but it is not serious since sodium salt mainly exists as NaNCO.
