摘　　要：面对世界人口的激增，城市化进程加剧，人类生存环境面临更加严峻的考验。本文论述如何创造出健康美好的人居环境来满足人们日益增长的物质和精神生活需求，使建筑与城市的发展具有可持续性，并阐明了建筑设计是涉及到社会、经济、技术和文化教育等多方面因素的复杂问题，需要建筑师和规划师树立正确的设计思想，以城市的观点、环境的观点看待建筑，从而明确建筑、城市设计与生存环境的关系。Directing against the blast of the world population increment together with the progress being citified and aggravated, the living environment for humanity to keep living is facing a severe test. The paper deals with how to create a healthy and a happy living environment so as to meet the need of people who are leading a high cultural life with more material, which asks the architecture and city development to keep up with future steps. However, there still a problem remains the one rather complicated that architecture design has long been involved in society, economy, technology, education and culture, inclusive of many other factors in question. Therefore, architectures and planners are requested to keep their ideas correct when designing building. They view architecture and cities construction as well as environment protection so that the relationship between architecture, city design, and living environment can be clear and definite both to themselves and to us all.
