摘　　要：从收益性、流动性、安全性、成长性和生产性五个方面对义县纤维板厂进行了经营诊断，并在此基础上，提出了发展战略与对策。A diagnosis of fiber board factory′s operation in YI County is made in respect of the accounts on its profitable efficiency, circulation, safety, growth and production, upon which both the tactics and the strategy for development are proposed herein.
