慢阻肺患者血清中钙镁锌铜硒含量的研究

摘　　要：１１６例慢阻肺患者血清中钙、镁、锌、铜、硒的含量与对照组比较，结果揭示：①血清铜的含量升高，血清钙、锌、硒的含量降低，血清镁的含量差异无显著性；②可根据上列元素含量变化的特点进行该病的早期辅助诊断和微量元素的平衡治疗。By comparing the content of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu and and Se in serum of 116 patients suffering from chronic obstructive emphysema with that of contrast group, the results were obtained that Cu content in- creased while Ca,Zn and Se content decreased.There was no significant difference of Mg content be- tween the test group and the contrast group.Those characteristics might be applied to the early auxiliary diagnosis for the disease and equilibrium treatment of trace elements.
