摘  要:用羧甲基壳聚糖与硝酸镨反应,制备了羧甲基壳聚糖-镨稀土配合物。用红外光谱、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电镜等分析测试手段对配合物进行表征。讨论了时间和溶液的酸度对配合物形成的影响。对羧甲基壳聚糖-镨配合物配位机理进行了初步的研究,羧甲基壳聚糖-镨配合物中羧甲基壳聚糖中不仅羧基参与了配位,氨基上的氮原子和羟基氧原子也参与了配位。羧甲基壳聚糖-镨配合物和羧甲基壳聚糖相比,表面结构疏松。Carboxymethyl chitosan-Pr(Ⅲ) coordination compound was synthesized by the reaction of carboxymethyl chitosan with Pr(NO3)3 and was characterized by IR spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.The effects of reaction time and pH value on the formation of coordination compound were investigated,and the coordination mechanism was also studied.The results showed that Pr(Ⅲ) was coordinated with —NH2,—OH,—COOH of carboxymethyl chitosan.The crystallinity of carboxymethyl chitosan-Pr(Ⅲ) coordination compound declined,with more porosity and looser structures clearly identified as compared to those of carboxymethyl chitosan.
