摘　　要：飞机的设计与制造是一项宏大的系统工程,它的研制周期长、技术复杂、研制费用与风险高,并且要求多部门协同参与,同时它也会带来大量的产品数据的管理。借鉴目前欧美飞机制造商普遍采用的模块化设计思想,从构型管理的角度研究了产品结构分解和管理方式,同时结合我国民机发展的特点将产品结构划分为装配结构树、系统结构树和制造结构树。The design and manufacture of aircraft is a large System Engineering,it lasts for a long time,involves complicated technology,costs much and has high risk,which needs variety departments＇ cooperation and brings a great deal of product data to manage. This paper studies product structure breakdown and managing approach combining with Module theory which is usually adapted by European or American aircraft manufactory.This paper organizes the product structure in three different ways to meet different characteristics of China＇s civil aircraft development.
